Financial & Insurance
Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits. We submit all your insurance claims electronically the same day you are seen in our office. We also work directly with your insurance company either by phone or internet to verify your coverage’s and benefits prior to treatment. If your insurance company is cooperative we can have answers to your insurance questions often the same day as your visit.
In order to keep you fully informed you will be provided, prior to any treatment rendered, a detailed treatment plan. This will include a complete breakdown of our fees and when indicated, an estimate of your insurance benefit. We will ask for either full or partial payment at the time of service depending on your insurance coverage.
Insurance policies vary, and because insurance coverage’s change, sometimes on a daily basis, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee the coverage your insurance company will in the end provide for you. As the patient receiving care, you are ultimately responsible for any costs of your care, whether covered by insurance or not. We ask that you pay your estimated patient portion at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for your services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, we ask that you pay any remaining balance on your account.
We offer the following payment options to accommodate your financial needs:
- Cash or check
- Visa or MasterCard
- Financing/Monthly payments for Invisalign
- 5% discount for payment in full on day of service with cash or check
- 10% discount for senior citizens paying by cash or checkIf special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. If you have any questions at any time please feel free to call and talk with our front office staff.
